I was lucky to have meet Phil Carter and his family away from the business in the recent star performer’s trip to Paris. Myself and my wife had many a conversation with Phil throughout the trip. What struck us both was the fact that Phil was a down to earth person who understood how hard everybody in the organisation worked and the drive people had to improve things.
I remember fondly when Phil spoke to everybody on the boat trip and thanked the partners for there support of his employees as he understood that without that support they would be nothing.
It’s know up to us to support the organisation and move it forward and achieve everything that Phil wanted to do.

Deepest Sympathy

It is hard to find words to express how we feel, like so many others we are devastated by such a tragedy. Our hearts go out to Judith and Natalya, and also to Jonathon's family too. What I do want to say is that Phil had an inspirational ability to transform ideas into reality, in the process he would always bring out the best in others around him. Phil and Jon will be sadly and dearly missed by us all.

A tragic loss

There are no words that can take away the pain of such a tragic loss, but we must take comfort in the fact that Phil inspired people both in business and on a personal level.
The measure of this man is reflected in the depth of feeling felt by all who knew him.
He leaves a legacy of drive and passion within the business and fond personal memories within the respect and high esteem in which he was held. Our thoughts and prayers are with Judith,Natalya and all the family at this sad time.

Judith, my thoughts and prayers are with you and Natalya and the family at this time. Phil was a man of great vision and drive but under this was a caring family man. Although gone, he has left an indelible print on all of our lives and will never be forgotten.

My heartfelt thoughts go to Judith, Natalya and all of Phil and Judith's family touched by this tragic event. My thoughts are also with my former colleagues and friends at Carter & Carter whom I know will be devastated by the loss of Phil. I worked for Phil in two different companies and found him to be an incredible inspirational and creative person and seen him light up a room with just his presence. It is clear from the messages left here that whether you knew him for a long time, short time or just knew of him - he made a lasting impression. Thank you Phil for your support and may the angels guide you, Andrew, Jon and Stephen home. xxx
