Although we never met Phil on a personal basis we all
admired his drive and determination for his company. We
will all strive to carry on his memory through our
commitment to his belief in the future of C&C and the business principals he held.

I met Phil only the once and found him a very approachable and friendly man. When you are confronted with such terrible news, everything else pales into insignificance. All our thoughts are with Judith and her family.

An inspiration

The term CEO is way too narrow to define Phil's contribution to Carter & Carter and the broader training and outsourcing industry that he was a part of. He is a great loss to us all. My thoughts are with his wife and daughter at this very difficult time.

I only met Phil on a few occassions but I was lucky enough that one of them was on the Star Performer trip to Paris - 2006. Phil was a humble, approachable man who I felt was a real inspiration.

My thoughts and prayers are with his wife and daughter.

Deepest Sympathies

God looked around his Garden and found an empty place.
He then looked down upon his earth and saw your loving face
He put his arms around you and lifted you to rest.
His Garden must be beautiful, he always takes the best.

A sad loss

I met Phil around 14 years ago, when he was based in Datchet, I think. Although our business interactions were limited we did cross path at lots of functions including stateside. He made a massive impact in and around our industry and was known far and wide. He will be a sad loss.
