My thoughts and prayers go out to all the families involved. My heart physically ached when i heard the news and i would like to personally thank you Phil for giving me the opportunity to move forward in the company. We met a few times in and out of work and it was clear to me what a genuine and caring family man you were. Rest in peace Phil and Andrew, im sure the warmth of knowing you are both together is helping your family through this tragic time xxx

An inspiration...

My heart goes out to the loved ones that Phil has left behind. I had known Phil a relatively short time but he was unfailingly kind, courteous and encouraging. Above all he was always inspirational. Rest in peace Phil. X

Very sad time

It is a very sad time in the USA, I had known Phil for several years and always had great admiration for him. On a trip a few years ago we shared a wonderful conversation, bit of spirit and many laughs. It is a rare man that can attain all his dreams and goals in thier lifetime, I am glad he attained all of his.
Thank you for this site, it's a wonderful way for people working out of the UK to share our thoughts, prayers and best wishes for his memory and family.

A Million Dollar man and truly special one...

Devastated and Numb!! Words can not really explain how sad we all feel. Our thoughts are with Judith and Natalya at this terrible time. Deepest sympathy goes out to all the family. Phil you were a true mentor who made people feel a million dollars in every interaction you had with them. Your personality lit up every room you walked into and you truly inspired people to realise their own potential. I know I’m a better person both professionally and personally through spending time under your guidance and support. Claire and I will never forget the laughter and good times in the presence of a special one. God Bless and rest in peace.. xx

Thinking of you..

Phil was a great inspiration to us all and I know we will continue to work hard to realise his vision. I planted a small tree today in his memory; a beautiful Acer, it's vibrant purple red leaves reminded me of Phil's courage, determination and vibrant personality. I pray that Judith, Natalya and the families of Jonothan and Stephen are given the strength and courage they need right now and into the future.
