A tragic loss...
An inspirational leader and an admired and respected individual, you created an environment where everyone that came into contact with you became a better person both professionally and personally. In my eight years under your guidance, both directly and indirectly, I have learned and grown immensely. I, like many of my colleagues have received many messages of condolence and support since hearing this tragic news, which reinforces the positive impact you have had on so many lives. My thoughts are with Judith, Natalya and the extended family during these dark days. Thank you Phil, I and so many others owe you so much. This is a terrible loss and you will be greatly missed.

It was a privilege knowing you

Judith and Natalya, you are in everyone's thoughts and prayers, our hearts go out to you .... x
Forever in our thoughts
An inspiration, a mate, a boss. No words can explain the loss Judith and the family must be feeling. Jill and My thoughts are with you. I am sure you already have the mobile out with those jokes and are the centre of the party. Have a glass of Pino Grigio on us and fly that Chelsea flag. Looks like i will never be able to entertain you at Pride Park. What a loss for everyone. Your memory will continue in your company name and we will drive forward for future success. I will miss you terribly mate.
Greatly missed by all
An inspiration to all who knew him, Phil will be sadly missed by everyone who had the pleasure to meet him. May god be with all that have been left behind.
A Terrible Tragedy! I have only been with the company for a short time but when i heard the news i was shocked & horrified. He seemed like such a genuine person & i believe he will be missed by many. All my love to his family. xx
A True Inspiration...
My thoughts are with Judith, Natalya and the rest of the family & friends. Phil was a true inspiration and always had the ability to make everyone in his presence feel important. It was clear how much his family meant to him - thinking of you all. We'll continue his dream through the charity foundation he was so passionate about.
Blue is the colour....
I have had many phone calls and text messages the past few day's from business associates who like the rest of us are shocked and devesated at the tragic loss of Phil. He always had a smile on his face when he saw you and was never short of reminding me that my team wasn't doing very well. It was inspiring working with C&C people prior to me joining in 2000 and it has definitely been my best ever career move working with people that shared the C&C dream to be the best at what we do. Thanks for the opportunity.Thinking of Phil's family.Regards Steve
